Q: Will it fit fatboy 2016

Not if you have a leather wrap on your brake lever, also if your handlebar grips have any kind od cushion it could be damaged

Q: Will it fit fat grips

Just measured the inside diameter on mine - it's a thin hair less than 1.5 inches. It's loose on my Svartpilen 401, but it can't come off because of knobby stuff on the end of the handle, as well as the curve of the break lever. But, I bet it'll fit your handles.

Q: Would it fit my 2020 Harley Davidson iron?

Depends on lever if it's a thick one or not
