I recommend this book for anyone with an Airbnb, or anyone that is dreaming of owning one. Lots of great info in here!!

First, there is a lot of info out there. So much, that it can be overwhelming. I read the 1 and 2 star reviews, and I have to disagree with them. (I can easily overlook typos, yes there are a few, no biggie!) I mainly disagree because he worked for Airbnb. He has great insider knowledge as to how the listings are ranked etc. Some of this is no brainier info, but some of it was eye opening to me. My occupancy is way down right now. This book gives clear and concise advice on different strategies that can help my issue. As far as it only pertaining to Airbnb, as one reviewer pointed out, that is in the title of the book. Airbnb is an entity, not a generic term. Generic would be "vacation rental." I decided to sit down in my local coffee shop and read a couple of chapters to try and get my listing optimized. Well, I'm in chapter 12 and suddenly feel as if I can optimize my listing using some of the strategies in Rusteen's book. Pricing has been a huge stressor for me, and I really think I can utilize his advice here and up my occupancy. Maybe I'll find a book on VRBO next, but one step at a time I suppose. Very informative book!

I thought I knew most of what needs to be done to be successful on airbnb and was able to optimize a lot of bookings, but reading this book showed me that there is still so much more to learn and improve - great value and it really helps and gives new ideas!!! recommended to buy!

Great book , listened to it on audible but it’s too much to take in and I needed the paperback copy
