replacement wheels perfect, the originals are a nightmare to remove
while the wheels fit perfectly, you will have to search for the U Tube video on installing them on an old 9800, it's a pita

You’ll need an angle grinder or a drill
I’ve had my Ogio 9800 for over a decade and it’s been awesome, except for recently when the rubber on my wheels peeled off. When I bought this kit, I didn’t read the multiple reviews mentioning how much of a pain they are to install. Ogio DID NOT design the bag properly to replace the wheels- it’s a destructive process. There are videos on YouTube for installation, I watched three of them just to make sure that was truly the way to do it. I chose to drill out the riveted bolt instead of grinding off the axle. You also need to make a small cut through the lining of the 9800 to access the interior rivet to pull it out. Pliers would help with the extraction also. At least the kit comes with everything else you need: wheels, an Allen key, hex wrench, 2 bolts and 2 nuts. On the bright side, the wheels are high quality and now that the original rivet has been replaced by a threaded bolt, I can buy new wheels in another 10 years and it’ll be a LOT easier.

Works on reg Rig 9800. Doesn’t have to be Pro
Spend $380 on a new sled duffel or $29 on new wheels. Bought the bag over 10 years ago and it took me around the world through military travels and more. I use to roll my bag off the back of my deep and just let it hit the ground (that’s how I broke the stock wheels). Best thing to do is to use an oscillating multi tool with blade meant for cutting through metal and cut the bolts near the wheel.

Good replacement, but check your bag first.
These are exactly what they seem like - a replacement kit for your wheels, but there is one problem, and it is NOT with this product... The wheels that were installed on my bag were not on a bolt like the one in this package, but a crimped rod. I spent half a day trying find a way to deform the crimp on the existing rod without damaging the bag to pull off the old wheels. Once they were off, however, putting these replacement wheels on was relatively easy, though I did have to cut a notch out of the protective plastic inside the bag to make room for the nuts for the real bolts that come with this package.

A Pain to install... but worth the effort! Hardware included!
I've had my Rig 9800 since 2016 and have taken it on at least 100 flights. Bag is a litteraly tank and I thought indestructible until the wheel bearings popped out. I'd totally buy another one of these, simply because of how amazing the bag is. But why spend $300+ when you can spend $29? This does come with hardware but you'll need to grind our punch out the rivets holding the stock wheels in place. I'm happy with the result and will litteraly rock this bag until the wheels fall off.... again.

There are 2 Wheels in the Pack.
Good product, just need to state that it comes with two wheels in the package not one.

They Fit a non Pro 9800 Sled, but be ready to cut...
...the inner liner for access and the axle for removal. I don't have a Pro, just an old Sled 9800 and this wheel kit fits perfectly. The first replacement took 30 min cause I was going slow and didn't want to damage anything, the second wheel took 7 min. That's the old wheel in the picture, it rolled fine but after almost 20 years the rubber non-pneumatic "tire" cracked and fell off. Note that can still roll the Sled with the "tires" all broken off.

The replacement wheels came with everything I needed, new wheels, axle/bolt & Nylex nut, Sml Hex key & sml spanner for the nut. The most time consuming part was removing the old damaged wheels. 10 minutes to install the new wheels. I was hesitant at first to purchase them as I did not think they would not fit my Ogio 9800 bag, but glad I did. The whole process worked out that well and smooth, I couldn’t help not leaving a top Review for it. Thanks 😀👍

The product itself is good and works. The problem is that OGIO made a big mistake when designed the RIG: using plastic rivets to fix the wheels. To remove those press-in plastic guys from the bag, takes a bit of craftmanship, hence the low rating here. Nothing wrong with the product, OGIO just thought that we are all handymen. Wrong assumption. It's just a bag, make it simple to repair OGIO Engineers.
