Q: Would I be able to use this product to straighten my very curly hair without a flat iron?

I would say no but I recommend this because I have thick curly frizzy hair. I use this and my hair is not greasy and it straighten easier (less flat iron) and a lot less frizz. I don't need much product either. This is one of the few products I will spend money on.

Q: Is it safe for color treated hair?

Yes, I have used couple years and have colored treated hair.

Q: Is this product fragrance-free? The original came fragrance-free, then they added an awful scent.

It does have a scent to it, but I don't think it is a strong smell. Throughout the day I randomly smell the product on my hair as I move around, but I think it smells good!
