Plantronics' Voyager Charging Stand gets even better (when compared against the Voyager Legend Charging Case)
I've owned/use Plantronics headsets for more years than I can remember. Does that mean I've always used Plantronics, or that I never used other brands in-between Plantronics? Of course not...but I always end up going back to Plantronics. Why? Because there's nothing better. Case in point - In 2009, whatever headset I was using at the time (I believe it was from Motorola) was doing some "weird" things, and I had narrowed my choices down to three possible replacements: Plantronics Voyager, Jawbone, & BlueAnt. All three were highly rated. Where I was working (at the time), a couple came in, and I happened to notice the husband/boyfriend wearing the Voyager. Initially approaching them so as to provide customer service, I turned the conversation to Bluetooth headsets, and, mentioning my three choices, he said, "It's interesting that you happened to mention those specific headsets, as I have the Voyager, and I had the other two. Between them, the Voyager is, by far, the best of the three. In fact, it's the best headset I've ever had." That having been said, my decision was made...and Voyager-series headsets is what I've used ever since. Prior to the Voyager 5200, I had the Voyager Legend (which now belongs to my wife, as she had no headset, and seriously needed one), which, until the 5200, had been the best headset I'd had. Now, the Voyager 5200 has taken that "top spot". I HIGHLY recommend the Voyager 5200, as well as its charging case. Turning to the charging case, I was initially figuring I could use the charging case from the Voyager Legend to charge the Voyager 5200, but, due to the "angle" near the charging contacts, they wouldn't touch the Legend case's contacts. So, I ordered the 5200 charging case...and, likewise, I was hoping that I might be able to charge the Legend inside the 5200 case...but, again, no dice. This would have been great, as the 5200 case has two ways to charge the headset. Unlike the Legend case, which can only charge the headset from within the case, the 5200 case has a second charging point, allowing you to use the case as a charging stand, with the headset propped up, making it very easy to "grab & go". Logitech as always done an outstanding job in the design, and quality, of their products. Ignoring the "problem" of not being able to charge the Legend (although, other companies doe the same type of thing, making "minor adjustments", forcing consumers to purchase new accessories)...which, in truth, really isn't a "problem"...the Plantronics Voyager 5200 Charging Case is an exceptionally well-thought-out, well designed, product. Yes, it's slightly (but, again, not by much) on the "over-priced" side...but...if you have a job like I do, where you have a good possibility of the battery running low, and need a headset charging case, I HIGHLY recommend getting one. Even if your job doesn't drain your headset's battery, you should still consider getting one. Call it "peace of mind". Besides, even for regular home-charging use, it's much better than having to plug & unplug the headset - you just stick it into the "stand" charging slot, and, when you're ready to head out for the day, just grab & go.

MUST HAVE for Owners of Plantronics Voyager 5200!!
The Voyager 5200 Bluetooth earpiece itself, is very expensive, and if you have one, you're likely pretty attached to it already. So storage and protection alone are enough to justify getting this, lol. But you also get the added benefit of almost never having to worry about your earpiece dying again. Every time you put it back in this case, it will top it off again, and so if you time it right, you only have to worry about charging the case. There's also a way you can just set the earpiece on the outside of the case and it charges it too, but I tend to always put it in the case anyway. Nice touch though. This seems to be Plantronics' trademark, or signature- an awesome and stylish case that also charges your device. It's also what sold me on the Voyager Edge some years ago. However, the case came with the earpiece back then, and now the earpieces cost even more, and the cases are separate. Shame to Plantronics for that... They are basically the provider of wireless devices for landlines for workers who have to spend all day on the phone. So I know they could include the cases without hurting them one bit. Anyway, you'd be hard pressed to find a better quality. Nicely done Plantronics.

An amazing charging station for the Plantronics 5200
This charging station you can use two ways. You can put the earpiece in the top like in my picture or you can fold it and put it inside and it charges the Bluetooth quickly. It is a heavy duty case and it has multiple charges on it. It fits comfortably in the pocket for carrying around through the day. I've already spoken on the Bluetooth it is amazing it is truly comfortable the sound quality is beyond reproach you can be in a lot of wind or in a noisy environment and the people on the other end of the phone don't hear the noise or the wind just your voice. This combination is a perfect combination for anybody that uses a Bluetooth.

It works, it charges and it's compact
The only thing I wished is that it had updated from A port to the way more popular C ports. I had purchased this same one several years ago (packed in boxes somewhere), but I didn't realize until way later that it didn't fit the Voyager model I had. I didn't realize when I got it that there were 2 different Voyager models! This latest charging case (pictured) fit both Voyagers I currently have, just not the Voyager from YEARS ago. Anyway, good product

May need firmware update
I just bought a new one to replace the one I've had for several years and mistakenly left in a rental car. The new one would not hold a charge. If I left it plugged in, the battery would drain to 0. I returned that one and asked for a replacement assuming I just got a bad one. The replacement did the same thing. It turns out these things are shipping with buggy firmware. You have to download the Poly Lens Desktop client to your computer, plug in the device via USB, and then let the client update the firmware. It's working flawlessly since the firmware update. 4 stars for lack of quality control. Edited 1 week later: The latest firmware has bricked the case. It doesn't charge at all, and it no longer responds when it's connected to a computer. DO NOT BUY

It's quite brilliant, charges quickly, ear piece fits the charger like hand in glove. The lid doesn't close tightly which seems a bit odd give an over all excellent product.

Best product ever i used. It contains 3 microphone with noise cancellation. While talking on vehicle opponent person hear you clearly. Battery backup is good. Crystal clear sound. To receive in coming call or reject call no need to touch bt handset or phone only say answer or ignore. Perfectly fit in both ears. Negetive point is rubber ear plug broken easily. That's makes me annoying.
