Lasko tops Honeywell, but still whining noise
I bought a Honeywell and it was terrible. I may have got a lemon. I don't know. Returned it. But the Lasko much better quality. However it still has a slight whine on the lowest setting which may be distracting for some people at night, it certainly is for me. My $30 conventional fan from 10 years ago has much more air buffeting noise but no whine so for me it is still better at night. However the Lasko is extremely powerful for a tower can in my opinion. Not as powerful as a conventional fan obviously but that is the nature of tower fans I think. You trade off some power for the thin profile. If you are not super sensitive too noise at night then I would get it. It is definitely a great quality fan.

Super quiet! Airflow could be a bit stronger.
Happy with this fan so far! (Lasko 2519 3-Speed Wind Tower Fan with Remote Control, 38 inch) We are just using it to push cool AC air from the bedroom out into the rest of the apartment. It does a good job of making the air feel circulated in an apartment which has not forced air, so its nice to feel circulation. Its super quiet, even on the highest fan setting. However, I did think that the highest fan setting would be a bit stronger, but its still suiting our needs.

MUY DEBIL EL NIVEL DE AIRE
ES BONITO Y NO HACE RUIDO, EL CONTROL REMOTO FUNCIONA BIEN, PERO! NO AVIENTA NADA DE AIRE, TIENES QUE ESTAR MUY CERCA PARA SENTIR LA BRISA INCLUSO EN NIVEL 3. LO VOY A CONSERVAR PORQUE YA LO ARMÉ Y LO PONDRE EN UN PEQUEÑO CUBICULO DETRAS DEL ESCRITORIO, PARA QUE ME DE AIRE EN LA ESPALDA, PORQUE A MAS DE UN METRO YA NO LO SIENTES :( QUE LASTIMA, HABIA COMPRADO UN CALENTADOR LASKO ANTERIORMENTE Y LA CALIDAD FUE MUY BUENA, NO SE QUE PASO CON ESTE MODELO :(

Not money well spent
Worked for 3 months. Made a water or gurgling sound in the last 24 hrs and now is on its way to a landfill. It's a sealed unit, which ladders up to irresponsible manufacturing, a waste of money & time.

Quiet and efficient.
Although fans in general are grossly overpriced this product was great,.good airflow, much better than the standing fan i had before. Sadly I had gotten used to the hum of the old fan and this one is extremely quiet even on higher settings.Haven't used the remote at all yet.
