Q: Do you have to peel it off and stick it on? Or can you see through it still?

Peel off. I doubt it can be re-applied after it is peeled off. This is like those phone screen protector. It is not anti-bluelight like it claimed to be.

Q: Will this work for a LG 24m47vq 24-inch led-lit monitor, black?

Honestly, I would recommend vizobluex screen protector. It’s about $55. But it just sets on top of ur screen. I didn’t like trying to stick a screen to the actual screen and get air bubbles. Had I saw the much more expensive one first and how easy to set on screen I would have gotten it first. (I put screen protectors on iPad not blue screen but much easier than sticking a protector to a monitor)

yes i found it easy to cut mine down to size with regular sissors no problem

Sorry i do not know. It works with my normal non touch screens
