Product is good We made an appointment with LG services, they said they would come in 72 hours, but they never came and the delivery person demanded money even before the product was delivered. Very bad service from LG.

It is a wonderful refrigerator. Very suitable for homes (In this case, I wondered how Amazon had not flopped in the supply of the item ordered).

The width was major concern and fitted perfectly in availble space..But the lower pull out is getting stuck because of less space in my kitchen,Will find a solution for that.Upgraded from 172 ot 272 so lot of extra space,Used to seeing a full refrigerator,Short of spce.The top freezer was a big problem in earlier single door,Now ice cream are like as they are supposed to be.No need of Stabilizer but still using as special precaution.Supposed to work on Inverter but not taking the riskAndThe point was 15 amp non inverter point.The facility of No Cost EMI,Helps reduced financial load.Installation was arranged quick, next day...Not much to install but for sake of Warranty..Handling could have been better in upright positon but big size and only 2 people not possible.

Installation person never picked up phone, never came. I raised to Amazon 3-4 times then installed myself since we couldn't go without a fridge for longer. It was easy to self install, so I'm not even sure what's the point of having installment. The fridge is not noise free, it makes a small shrill noise, doesn't bother us, but just saying it's not silent. The accessories are sparse which suits me ok as i donny like plastic. Inside there is an Electronic panel to control cooling, i prefer knobs since electronic panels go bad very fast. This is a minus. Cooling is adequate and performance is average (3 star). Freezer ice tray is sliding type on a tray but very hard to slide. Suggest not doing that, it seems fragile. Volume is enough for a family of 4 which doesn't leave too many leftovers or easily for a smaller family. Door design is very poor, it doesn't shut easily, you have to manually push it hard. No automatic shutting on giving it a shove. I bought it for 30k and the exchange was not accepted since the old fridge was very old and slow at cooling, but at 5k more the design of fridges are way better. Don't recommend this unless your budget is 30k, and not stretchable, in which case it offers the most performance and value for that budget with some design flaws that can be lived with.
