Super Sturdy!
They hold about a 5-6 lb brisket with no problem. Super sturdy!

Not your flimsy junk.
In typical OK Joe's fashion, overkill is under rated. Probably 3 times thicker than some of the no name brand ones you can get in the store. It's NOT going to bend with 20lb pork shoulder on it.

Poor quality
Haven’t used it once and it’s already dented in several locations, can’t remove the sticker on it and when I did it left a spot. Not worth purchase.

Great Quality if they arrive Undamaged
Ordered 1 of these for transporting meats to and from the grill. Was so impressed with the first one that we decided these would make excellent serving trays for BBQ cookouts and ordered 7 more. Unfortunately 6 of 7 arrived dinged and dented. Worked the dents with my thumbs to the best of my ability and will still use them. Not enough for me to raise a fuss, but another buyer may feel differently. They are really nice.

Perfect
Great tray, perfect for transporting proteins to and from the smoker. Well made, doesn’t flex or bend, and works well as a bbq plate too. Bought one and it’s perfect, will pick up a couple more.

Get ready to scrape
The tray is function. It has a lip. It does what it is designed to do. Why the three and the comment about scrapping? The glue they use to attach a paper label does not easier release. I had to use hot water, soap, a scrapper, and an sos pad to remove the label and extra adhesive.
