This two-step wooden stool is sturdy, well-made, and looks great in my home. The walnut finish is beautiful and blends nicely with my décor, so it doesn’t feel like an eyesore left out in the kitchen or bathroom. It feels very solid and stable, even for adults, and I appreciate the high weight capacity. The steps are wide and comfortable to stand on, and it feels safe for both kids and adults to use. It’s perfect for reaching higher cabinets, helping kids at the sink, or using bedside. Overall, this is a high-quality, heavy-duty step stool that’s functional and attractive. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

This is a sturdy step stool I bought for use at my bedside. It is a perfect height and was extremely easy to assemble

This stool exceeded my expectations. I purchased it to help my senior cat get on the sofa. I was having a hard time finding an option that was compact, durable, but also aesthetically pleasing. This stool delivered on all three. All the x-small pet steps I came across were still bigger than this stool, not to mention overpriced and unattractive. The gran and stain is beautiful, and there was not a single scratch. The sturdiness and thickness was a welcomed reprieve from all the low quality particle board that everything seems to be made out of these days. I can’t speak to the stools overall function for human use, might be too small for an adult, but if you have a senior pet, a small living space, and want something both compact and attractive to help out your pet with getting up, this is a great choice. Lastly, some reviewers mentioned a distaste for the bolts showing but for such a low price given the quality... I personally don’t think they are too big of a deal (maybe if I paid more). I imagine they blend more on the walnut option.

The stool appeared to be really nice and of good quality until I tightened down the screws after they were all in. The one side split, however it looked like it had already once been fixed, so perhaps it was a return that was repackaged and sent out. I really liked the stool so I’m returning it for a replacement. I’ll repost another review after I receive the second stool.

Our new bed is 30” off the floor. It’s not so easy for some of us to get in to beds that high, so I ordered these steps. They. Are. Fabulous! So easy to put together, they feel stable without wobbling, and really make me feel comfortable getting in to bed (like I’m not going to fall off or have them collapse!) They look great, too! Bonus! They don’t take up a huge footprint, either. I love them!

Pros: I love the height of this stool. The parts are solid and well made. It looks really nice. Cons: Even though I screwed the bolts in tight, they are loosening with use and actually falling out. The adhesive pads under the legs are not staying in place. The wood, although beautiful, is so soft that my house slippers are scratching the upper surfaces. Summary: I would buy it again as I value it for its functionality more than its appearance. I am worried about losing the bolts as they may continue to fall out. They’d be hard to replace.

Says no assembly required. Totally have to assemble. Assembly was not possible due to clogged threads,possibly glue or varnish. Some sandpaper needed for overly large drill holes also.
