Very disappointed with the quality of this purchase. Contacted the seller and they told us it was correct and should be like this, even when I sent photos. We do not agree, and have had much better quality previously. Very disappointing, to say the least.

Good lean mean not so much fat let’s say this meat has only 1 percent of fat. If you ask about the taste it is nice and tasty meat they delivered very early and with care I’m a very happy customer thank you.

Shoulder so very difficult to carve. Taste is OK but not anywhere near how I know Serrano Ham should taste and can be. Therefore a bit of a misbuy.

Great price and arrived in good time. Not the very best Spanish ham we have tasted, but we understand that we paid a price that equates to that.

Very dry and hard to cut Very less meat, 70% are bones and skin or fat
