Awesome product!
I developed lactose intolerance during cancer treatment. Lactase tablets didn't work at all, so I tried these drops. They are fantastic! They can't be used in hot liquids, but they can be used in pretty much anything you can shake or stir. I've used them in milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ricotta. To get the best value, I add the drops as soon as I open a new container of something and let it sit at least overnight before using (shake or stir well to get the enzyme well distributed). I'm so happy to not need to give up dairy, and these drops are so much more economical than the tablets (or buying lactose-free products at the store).

It works!
I bought this so that I could have lactose free organic milk. There is no offering of that where I live. I now buy organic milk and just add the drops to it. I think it is a great value for the money. So far I haven't had any issue with it. I've reduced the number of recommended drops until I could tell a difference. IYKYK

It works!!
I use this lactase to make lactose free A2 milk. You know it has worked because the milk turns a bit sweet when the lactose breaks down. I use 10 drops in 1/2 gallon of milk and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Works well, but Nutrition label on box is misleading.
Nutrition label on the package is misleading. According to the instructions inside the box, 3 drops per 500ml (16.9 fl oz) will make the milk product only "about" 70% lactose-free. 10 drops per 500ml will make it "about" 99% lactose-free.

Necessary for an old codger developing lactose intolerance
After a lifetime of enjoying dairy products I found myself in my 70s having, shall we say, distressing intestinal difficulties. I finally realized I was developing the lactose intolerance my father had all his life. I discovered that age can bring the condition on. Believe me, this was not a problem when I was younger but it is now.The instructions suggest three drops per quart of milk but I use ten in a half gallon of 2% for safety's sake. Now I can enjoy my morning bowl of cereal without wondering if I would have embarrassing problems in an hour or two. I keep some lactase tablets handy for cheese, ice cream, and butter - also for carrying with me for use in restaurants.Worth it for the simple solution to a geezer's problem. And it doesn't cost a lot. Win/win!

Better than lactaid
I was skeptical, but this is a great alternative to lactaid. Here’s what I find works best, 50 drops per gallon AND LET IT SIT IN FRIDGE FOR 3 DAYS. I do take the jug out and swirl it about once/twice a day. The lactase just needs time to work and tends to just work around the milk it’s in direct contact with. I find this concentration and sitting/mixing makes the milk a bit sweeter than lactaid which is that lactase breaking the one sugar down into two. Being a gallon is 128oz and lactaid is 96oz, and I get about 7 gallons from one bottle of this stuff, it’s way cheaper.

Disappointed
Me and my family are lactose intolerant, I bought a couple gallons of regular milk and my family all tried these drops in different house holds, conclusion..... following directions completely.....we all got sick from lactose still being in the milk.... useless....back to buying lactose free milk smh. We all had such high hopes. 😢
