Yea, super flexible like those cake molds

Q: does anyone know how well this funnel would fit in the opening of your standard 5 gallon water cooler jug?

the inside opening on a 5Gal water cooler bottle is 1 and 3/4 inch. the outside diameter of the funnel at the small end is 1 and 5/32 inch. So, it fits in and is very loose. If you pour something in you would probably need to hold it in place. Since the large opening isn't that big, I would look at a bigger funnel to fill the 5 gal. water bottle.

Yes but no faster than using a small spatula or sppon

Q: how wide is the lower opening on the funnel?

The Funnel is 3 inches Tall.The Top, Wider End of the Funnel is 3.25 inches in diameter and the Bottom, Smaller End is 1.25 inches in diameter.
