It's been hard to find good Vitamins for my pre-teen and these work. I like that they are Kosher and she says they taste good, so I am happy that we found a Vitamin she likes.

Great multi-vite with iron
It's hard to find a multi-vitamin for kids with iron - this one does it. My daughter doesn't complain about the taste and I can see a difference in her energy level. She is a tween and this is helpful.
