Absolute game changer!! This product is amazing, regardless of its exceptional price point!! I so glad I didn't order ‘fancier’ more expensive brand. This was so easy to cut with scissors and to shape then apply. I had rollers to work it in to place. By hand was possible. And its pretty. Even thought I don't see it. I used this to treat my VW Tiguan doors during an after market speaker install. Holy tight bass and punchy mid’s. It’s amazing how different my car stereo sounds. Its also reduced drive noise as a bonus. Oh, and damn it stick's in place!! I used this to pin down cross-overs and wires that i added. They’re going no where!! All wrapped up like a bug in a rug!! Super effective!! A must for acoustic treatment!!! 6 stars!!!

These mats worked great for soundproofing my car doors. They are easy to cut and shape. I used a seam roller to apply them, and they stuck perfectly to the metal. The cabin feels much quieter now and the doors have a solid "thud" when closing. Great value for the money!

Great stuff and easy to work with. I bought this to sound proof my trunk and rear deck due to adding a bigger sub. Workes great to eliminate rattles! I recommend taking your time and doing all the proper cleanup and prep work and grease removal prior to install installation. It sticks well and cuts easily with sheats or razor blades but you should use rollers to install. Bass now sounds clean ind rattles are gone! Will be buying again for other builds!

Works great and sticks really well, only bad part is it did not stick on the body glue/silicone that comes on jeeps in the rear. I did notice a reduction in noise, waiting for summer to see if it helps with heat. I ordered 2 boxes for a 4 door jeep but had alot left over, I did cover very high on the firewall so if you don't you could probably get away with 1 box. Most 4 door cars will probably take 2 but it's still a very good value.

Bought 2 boxes for my 2017 CR-V deadening project. After reading all the positive reviews, I took a chance and purchased this item. I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with its ease of install, NO smell characteristics, price and ultimately how well, the product performs. Check out my video and listen for the sound difference! drastic change. I highly recommend picking up some rollers, I got the metal ones with the ridges on the rollers, it imprints the foil and give you a visual on your passes to assure you didn't missed any areas. The video shows 1 door being completed, it took me 1.5 hours from disassembly to reassembly on just this door's inside skin and the difference is impressive. the door feels solid even when it closes, and it also feels a bit heavier too. I only expected to use 3 sheet on this door but I turned out I needed all of 5 pieces, having said that, I'm ordering another box to complete my project as 2 boxes will not be enough.

Great product, independent reviews had this performing as well as the best in class for way cheaper. Nice thick material, very sticky, and the difference in sound was huge. I have big 4x4 tires and this really quieted the road noise down. I live in Florida so I have no idea if it helps with heat since I'm always running the A/C at full blast anyway. Went on easily just be prepared for a lot detailed labor. take your time and make sure it gets good contact adhesion. One box covered my crew cab. I bought the metal roller kit to apply it definitely recommend these too. I had no issues with smell as some report with other brands.
