I'm giving it five stars anyway because it's a great product. However, the griddle is VERY heavy! So if you intend to use this as a portable over the fire cooker, then you'll only be using the grill part. You can put a cast iron griddle on the grill to use. I will be using the griddle as a base to put the fire on.

This was the most affordable santa maria style grill I could buy. It is heavy duty just put it together by looking at the pics no instructions needed but the griddle is a plus as it is heavy duty. You can always customize it by adding legs with wheels on the base and a box to it like im planning to do so but the way it is set it doesn't need any modifications unless you want to make a 1500$ grill. I am enjoying this item alot.

ok equipment absolutely terrible customer service! As a professional live woodier fire chef I thought I give this company a go. Unfortunately they proved me all the ways as towny I should not order from them or deal with them ever again. For an entire week this item was promised to be delivered on a Friday, just in time for my 300 guest, just to find out Friday ma less then 24 hour before cooking that package was delayed by a full day. This resulting in all sorts of complications I called Titan as to see what they could do for me and was beset by nothing but snorkiness and bad attitude. One would thing that they as a relatively smalll company would look to take care of the professionals in the fire cooking industry but instead I wa sbemet with wire. truly appalling behavior and really bad customer service, now I much better understand as to why they still remain a small company. Can't grow good customers with poor service.
