Realtime Hardware Simulation and Modeling

Book was clearly written directly for a class that the author must be teaching because references are made to topics taught "in class" which wasn't mentioned in the description. Skips past vital topics straight to large complex circuits without explaining how we got there by the end of the book. The first few pages were good and then when the big stuff started happening its a good thing I've already read similar books because it escalates very quickly and also the size of the book is <100 pages. I missed that one in the description and that's my bad but seriously even for an actual college course this is obviously a money grab and not a wealth of useful information. I'd say 80% of this book is valuable to an absolute beginner and then the remaining 20% what little it was might have gotten somewhere if the teacher wasn't so rushed to get the book out the door and made the book a good 200-300 pages. The book is tiny btw so those 68 pages go fast just a quick read-over front to back only took me 10min, sitting down and doing the activities maybe an hour tops???
