I really like this mug. I don't like metalic taste so I wanted to try this to go mug. Would purchase again.

I have a water bottle with the same terrazzo and I love it so I was excited to get this. There was a teeny issue that the silicone does not fit well and you can feel the rough edge. The big issue, and I discovered it too late to return, is that the mug has no insulation. Silicone is not really insulating so as the ceramic got hot, so did the silicone. For a mug with no handle, this would be for cold weather only! It was burning my hands so I had to wait for it to cool…which didn’t take long because it’s non-insulated ceramic.

I like this cup so much I had to buy another when my first one cracked. I'm not exactly sure how it happened, but it cracked in the sink. I'm just extra careful with this 2nd one.

First, this is a functional cup. My 3 star is not because of any leaking or broken issues. This mug lost 2 stars because of LOW QUALITY CONTROL in production.I do not think this cup worth $25, which is the amount I paid for in March 2023. And my reasons are: 1) the lid is not evenly made. (See pic, the lid has extra material on the right side than the left) For this price, I would expect the lid to close firmly in the middle of the mug. Just like how ppl would expect a expensive round bowl to be a perfect circle instead of a oval or uneven circle. It shows low quality control in production. 2) the pretty sleeve is not seamless cup. (See pic, it has loos edges in the bottom and top) Supposedly, I easily can fix it up myself with a knife. But again, I didn’t pay $25 for a half-finished mug + homework.Another thing to note is that it has heavy condensation with cold drinks, which is not uncommon for ceramic cups. So this one is not to blame this mug, just something to keep in mind when buying.So, in conclusion, this is a pretty looking functional mug, but not worth its price tag. Should be labeled at least half of its price, so around $12.

I searched a few weeks to find a double walled ceramic travel coffee container . I really needed one that would keep coffee hot for about an hour or so . This one did not keep it hot . . Not even close . Lukewarm coffee pretty quickly in ten minutes time . I ordered the 16 ounce . It’s really cute but it doesn’t do the job . Sadly .

I love this cup because it does retain heat, but not too much. the sleeve keeps your hand from burning and by the time I'm ready for my coffee its at a temperature that doesn't blister my mouth! While you can find this item cheaper, when your favorite cup breaks you're willing to do whatever it takes to get it back

From reading the reviews, I knew it wouldn’t keep my drink hot for long, and it gets piping hot in the microwave, but it’s perfect for taking my morning coffee to go while I drop off the kids at school. It fits perfectly in my automatic espresso machine too! I’ve given these as teachers gifts too, super cute.
