Very Good Camera!!
Great camera!! Excellent optics, excellent light gathering. Gives a fantastic image. three simultaneous outputs, HDMI SDI and Ethernet. The supplied IR remote also does a very good job for an inexpensive remote. Customer support is very good! I have not tried streaming the higher resolutions, so I cannot speak to that. But as a video camera the output looks fabulous!!I installed this to go live in 1080p to two 150" diagonal screens (roughly 6'x11'), from 2 6000 lumen projectors, and the live image looks really good.(Do your homework on recording in a 4:2:2 format, for best recording results.)

Cut out the stress and get the PTZOptics camera. You'll be glad you did.
PTZOptics is a high end camera, easy to use and we'll built. It will plug and play coyyrctle right out of the box. I rate it higher than other PTZ cameras I have costing $1000 more. Excellent company with plenty of support.

Very pleased
We use it to record our Worship Services. The price was right. The functionality and picture quality are great. We’re going to have to buy a joy stick because the virtual stick is a little jerky.

Not An Easy Setuo
I would have preferred PTZ optics to not have open source software. Now a days it seems easy to have write. Software the way customers want it. But I can understand why someone may want an open platform. And then figuring out the configuration for crimping the Ethernet cable was also difficult. We got through it, but this is not an easy setup. Otherwise the camera itself is beautiful.

Easy to install and use.
Very pleased with the performance. Using in a church setting, mounted 40' away from the pulpit. Control via Ethernet lan cable on POE switch and the windows app. Running OBS, and Zoom.

Good camera but with some flaws
Very good and well-made camera but with some flaws. Well packed but no wall mount bracket included that has to be bought separately or has to buy camera bundle with it.The video has slightly better clarity in office room distance compared Zowietek PTZ camera I own but highlight area lacks detail. When zoom in 20x to outdoor objects, same scenario, video picture is slight better celerity but lack detail in bright area. The camera has poor back-light and narrow dynamic, the picture turns white when shoot to a bright window, obviously no HDR.In very dark room, it has low noise and better picture compared Zowietek PTZ camera. But it takes 4-5 seconds to restore to normal picture after light restores to normal. Zowietek PTZ camera can restore normal picture almost instantly. The painful is the web interface, difficult to set up. No live video for any popular browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Edge. It says VLC, IE, JPEG must be downloaded but still not work. After switching edge to IE, finally get the live video preview. But the IE plugin setting cannot be stored, each time it must be selected manually for live video preview. Compared Zowietek PTZ camera, it can live preview video instantly for the most popular browsers. The PTZ control of WEB works great most of time, but sometimes it goes all the way one direction while pan or tilt and cannot stop without idea. Camera has to be reconnected in web and restore to normal.Another missing is the image setting cannot be done on web, only IR remote can adjust it. That means the camera setting cannot be remotely changed where IR remote cannot reach. For initial static IP setting, not effects instantly, no restart prompt, nothing happens after apply. It is not user friendly.Pros.Slight better video clarity but lacks detail in highlight area.Better low light video but longer white balance time.Cons.Not user-friendly IP setting for initial set up.Painful web video preview, almost useless.Video picture lacks detail in high light areaNo enough dynamic range in bright back light.Lack the capability to set Expose, Focus, NR, Style etc. in web browser. No digital zoom.It should get 4 stars but it only gets 3.5 star considering higher price.
