Q: Can you use this under the eye’s for wrinkles? I don’t want an eyeshadow.

I honestly wouldn’t… I do find that it wrinkles… they say it doesn’t but I have applied it every which way and no luck.

Q: What is the best way to pick the correct shade?

I think it’s best to go as close to your skin color or maybe a bit lighter

Q: Can you use it under eye?

No. This product is made exclusively for the eye lids. It is primary used as a base to help keep your eye shadow on longer. However, I use it alone, as a natural eye shadow to brighten up my eye area. This product is not a concealer; that is what you would use under your eyes.
