Went from 144hz to 165hz
1440p and 144hz was only possible with HDMI but with this displayport cable my monitor finally recognized 165hz. Most people won't notice the difference but I payed heavily for that monitor so I better squeeze out every ounce of it. Cable is thick feels nice. So far it's exactly what I needed.

Worked perfectly
I had tried multiple cables to get 5120x1440 on my 49" monitor. It finally worked as soon as I plugged in this cable.

I have the miniDp connected into my 15.6 MSI gaming laptop, and the Display Port into my 34" LG ultra wide screen monitor. The picture quality on the monitor looks great!

Just as described
I purchased a 28" 4k 144hz monitor for my gaming laptop. In order to get 144hz, I needed a Display Port cord, not HDMI. Just my laptop has a micro Display Port connection while the monitor needed the regular size. The product came in the mail quickly and it automatically adjusted to 144hz. Now my games are nice and crisp.

Great WFH solution for my surface pro
If you want to dual screen your Surface pro this is the cable to use, mirror or extend perfect picture and workd for Teams calls too.

DP to miniDP - does not work
Plugged in to Dell D15 dock alongside another HDMI monitor and the two monitors do not work together. I can use one OR the other, but not both on extended display. Disappointed.

This lead sorted my resolution issue
I only received this item last week, but it appears well made and seems like it should last. I bought it because I could not get an ultra wide LG monitor to run 2560 x 1080 with a surface book, using mini DP to HDMI on the monitor. As soon as I plugged this lead in, I could access the correct resolution, so all good here.
