Excellent knife!
Great design. More nimble than it's size would suggest, which has a lot to do with the excellent balance and the trimness of the forward portion of the handle. The handle overall is very, very comfortable and provides a solid grip given it's wedge shape. Edge was shaving sharp out of the box. Blade design is reminiscent of a Nesmuk but has a noticeably more elongated point and less sweep approaching the tip. Still has lots of useful sweep across the entire length of the blade though. Great quality.

“S” on Grohmann knives
@Daniel Wiesenberg..the visible “S” is for Stainless steel. A “C” indicates Carbon Steel. A factory second knife will have an S stamped into the handle or engraved on the backside of the blade.Rather than make everyone think they’re getting an inferior blade, 30 seconds on the Grohmann site would’ve informed you of that.

I do believe the letter "S" on the blade stands for "second"
I like the knife. Looks well made and feels good in the hand. Should be a good knife for the price paid. I do believe the letter "S" on the blade stands for "second", which means the limited lifetime Guarantee is VOID!

I love this knife. I have been researching the perfect woods/survival knife and heard about this one and am perfectly satisfied.

Finally got one after all these years.
What a beautifully balanced and designed knife. This is me new companion on my belt whenever I'm outdoors now. Sheath I am not to crazy about though but a new kydex sheath will be replacing it.
