Where is the most efficient place to spray it on the body to get the most benefits?

Some people with specific issues like leg or muscle cramps spray and massage it onto that part of their body but most people generally spray it on the arms, legs and/or stomach daily. The skin is the largest, connected organ and once absorbed the magnesium will be carried to different parts of the body. Does this solution contain at least 31% magnesium chloride?

On the company site it states, "Our concentrated Zechstein Magnesium Oil is a saturated 31% magnesium chloride solution with a density of 1.3 kg/litre and is thus heavier than water. Every spray is slightly different based on how much pressure you use, etc. but on average we estimate each spray to be about 20mg of pure magnesium (we are using a fine mist sprayer). Our magnesium is the purest in the world and sourced directly from the Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands."

Is this tested for heavy metals and toxicities?

I wouldnt think so. But it doesnt say "tested for toxicities" on any of the literature i received.. It does say its ultra pure and triple filtered and 100% natural. It also says it is untouched by modern pollution and organic.. I havent experienced any stinging or burning or redness of any kind.

For fibromyalgia - how many sprays, how often would be a good starting point?

Probably once a day after a shower or bath - four or five sprays. Make sure you rub it in thoroughly.
