I'm assuming they being Amazon can't shipped it to your location. I would have to suspect it is to your state.

I purchased on very similar to this one from a company that sells thousands of knives every day. In their offerings there are large swords that are at time 36" long and it is all legal. You can go to military out let stores and get manchettes that have 24" blades, so I would have to say this small knife is very Okay.

Made in china? If so, not interested.

everyone downs the china brands but they have come a long way in the last 15 years, you can still pay 10 bucks for a gas station knife that will fall apart in a day or won't ever take an edge, but here is a knife that has a historical pattern and comes sharp out of the box, so what is there to complain about? oh but wait! they aren't made in china grand way is a ukrainian company and are made in a place called charkov, so does that make a difference?
