Slightly smaller and lighter than the standard range makes it all the more pocketable. Blades sharp out of the box and are slightly shorter than the ones in the standard range but that hasn’t been an issue for me. I’ve 3 other versions of this make of Swiss army knife but this is the one I use and carry around most.

I’m a collector of Swiss Army Knives and expect this to be dis-continued so it’s stayed in the packaging. If it’s like any of my other knives it’ll be A1 in terms of sharpness, functionality and quality.

I went up north to visit folks. My dad said that it's a really good knife and really good quality. He's a boat builder and used to do building and stuff. He knows his stuff...Really good price, quality and practicality.

I bought this to keep in my toolbox and it does the job very well. 2 blades a can opener and 2 flat bladed screwdrivers plus tweezers and toothpick. What more can you ask for. It’s beautifully made and has all the quality you expect from the brand. Perfect for gardening or taking on a camping trip

I own several different Victorinox models but “The Recruit” is fast becoming my favourite Swiss Army Knife from my small but ever growing collection. The classic red scales coupled with the classic Swiss design makes this a must have for any Every Day Carry enthusiast out there. In my opinion it has just the right amount of tools onboard and it has a nice weight to it.
