It's little small but I love it. strong and nice looking.

Could have been sturdier

This Ottoman came in very handy because we have many board and card games and no place to put them. This has tons of space inside. I did find that compared to a regular living room Ottoman, it is not as wide as I expected so it looks a bit small in the center of the living room to the point that I thought of buying a second one. It is perfect for a family room, game room or general teenage room or office. Very sturdy and super easy to mount.

First of all- plenty sturdy. The big 120# fella in the photo has previously had knee surgery so I was looking for a very stable yet aesthetically pleasing step for him to get on the bed. Check and check. Idk about 600 lb but the less than graceful leap of this goodest boy is accommodated easily.The storage capacity is exactly what I expected. Assembly took about 30 seconds (took longer to carefully open the box).Quality is great for the price and looks nice. It’s about half of the width of my king size bed/frame.Now to the smell everyone talks about- I decided to take the plunge and ignore the reviews. Here’s the facts: I’m a veterinarian and all this speak of fish and/or dead animals has me convinced none of those reviewers have ever experienced any of those things before. Nor have they likely owned animals. if they did this would be underwhelming at best. Haha. Ever experience a bulldog fart? This is child’s play compared to that.If you’ve ever purchased the cloth storage boxes that go onto book shelves from like target or whatever etc it smells just like those do new. Not overwhelming. Not repulsive unless maybe you were pregnant with smell aversion or like really really hungover. Wipe the inside w a drier sheet or spray febreeze and all is well in the world.Well worth the money. Don’t be afraid.

Even though it’s not crazy durable, it provides storage and looks expensive. It works for our bedroom!
