Ripcord USB to DC Power Cable, 9V, Center Positive, 2.1mm x 5.5mm tip, AA926MS

I bought this to see if it really could take 5V over USB and power my 40W Spark amp (19V DC 2.5A) and it worked! Just have to make sure you have a powerful enough USB port. The one I had on my surge protector didn't have enough current, but I had a more recent USB-A smartphone charger that was able to power the Spark.

I have a 9V -center for my HX Stomp and T it into a Boss OC5 as the only 2 pedals I need for my rig. Quiet (no audio noise from its power supply components) and powerful. Likewise I have this 6V -center for my sons Roland Cajun electronic drum so we don’t have to worry about burning through AA batteries. Again this USB to 6V supply is quiet and plenty powerful for the job. Our entire rig is easily rechargeable battery powered now!!! These little power supplies are quality and well worth the price. I’ll buy more as the need arises.

Super awesome, portable product. Used it to operate my old TASCAM studio off of USB. Worked like a charm. Didn't overheat. I recommend it.Do ensure that your device requires POSITIVE center pin power before you order. Some devices require positive center pin and others require negative center pin. Musical gear is notorious for being non-standard.

I thought it was going to need a special adapter to power my unit but it works straight in, I also have a Daisy chain from an old 1-Spot power supply, and that Daisy chains were also a perfect fit and I was able to power multiple effect pedals with one cable! 😁

happy I dont have to deal with wall warts, the Ripcord poweres my Bass foot controller rtom almost any USB outlet. good seller too

This kept my A7S running for several hours uninterrupted, which was all I asked of it.A note, though: the amperage this supplies to the camera body doesn't seem to be enough to activate the A7S's shutter, so taking pictures with the manual shutter on the A7S will basically turn the camera off when using this converter. Video, though, seemed just fine.

This cable allowed me to plug the usb end into a battery pack and power my looper and Beatbuddy.

The polarity of the plug is switched. The plus and minus side are on the wrong sides.

Bought it for my Hercules RMX 2 DJ Console. Was afraid it wouldn't work because of the amperage rating (RMX 2 is rated at 1A, while this adapter delivers 0.84A). It works however flawlessly and i couldn't be happier with the adapter. Now i can run the RMX 2 of an USB Power Bank and have a portable DJ setup. :)

I'm using this to light my coloured led strip in my cabin on the ship from a USB charger. It does flicker when fading from one colour to another as it's only 0.5 amps but my white lights are perfect. Nice job Myvolts.

I'm very happy with it! I'm using it to drive a 120mm 12V PC-case fan in the same cupboard as a device with a USB-port and it's perfoming admirably. Just what I was after! :)
