Are these the only filters i need to change?

No. I believe there’s 4 filters total. Two are fairly frequently and the other two are yearly I believe

what is in the remineralizer? I cannot find on any website describing the contents of it.

Makes the water taste like Arowhead bottled water. I don't like it.

Does the remineralizer in this product include the microbial filter, as shown on the cover image?

Yes it does but you will have to buy the two Claryum Filters

Is that 24 hour purge correct? That is not a good idea if you're on a well system. I'm glad I saw this before purchasing the system.

Instructions with the filters say let the tank fill after replacing the filters, drain the tank and refill. Should be good to go then.
