really supportive, definitely get the L/XL if you’re an average sized or more muscular person because it runs pretty small in my opinion

Surprisingly Effective and Easy to Care For
I was really surprised at how good the patella band turned out to be. It held up firmly even during intense activities like hiking, and it’s also very easy to wash.

Loved the relief this provided for my son during the basketball season and how easy they were for him to use. The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact that it was fabric as it held his stink a little more than say a silicone one would

Excellent Support – Highly Recommend!
