I love love love this keyboard! I am typing on it right now for this review. I was searching for a quality wireless keyboard that had all the buttons I need and the perfect rose gold color I wanted. This certainly met my expectations!First, the color is that perfect rose gold that isn't too pink, just a lovely, shimmery dark blush color. As for the keyboard, it works perfectly and I have not had any issues. It could not have been easier to install, the key response is immediate, and the buttons are quieter than your standard office keyboard. It is not silent, like some keyboards boast to be, but it is pretty quiet and certainly does not have an annoying clicking sound. I think it also depends on how hard of a typer you are; if you pound the keys pretty hard, it will be louder. I love that it has a separate "Insert" button at the top, as I use that frequently and it was a must have. The number pad off to the right side is perfect and very useful. It even has a few extra functions on the top buttons, like search, settings, and a multi-function button. The lighted indicators on the top are very clear and easy to see whether you have Num Lock or Caps on.The charge life for this is insane! I charged it once initially and have not had to charge it since, and I've had it for almost 2 months. It is used heavily every day in a project management job. I do turn it off over the weekends, so that helps I'm sure. It charged up very quickly as well.The matching mouse is also fantastic! Very comfortable and works perfectly. The original AA battery is still working fine, and I turn it off over the weekend as well. The scroll wheel is smooth and silent, and the buttons are also virtually silent when clicking. I like that you can adjust the DPI depending on your needs. The white is nice and glossy, and the rose gold accent part is perfect.The only possible con I can think of is that the up and down arrow keys at the bottom are smaller so they can fit properly. It was a bit of an adjustment, as I like having standard size keys for all of them. If you use the arrow keys A LOT then this might annoy you, but otherwise it is fine.I cannot say enough good things about this keyboard!!! You will love it too!!

This was my second identical keyboard (first was for my personal computer, this is for my work computer) and it worked great for 2 years, then suddenly after lunch all of the keys stopped allowing me to type repeated keys. Clearly the problem wasn't with a specific key, so I returned to the product page to ask the question there. Fortunately, the user manual was available on the product page and I was able to fix the problem right away. It turns out the cats had turned on (or off?) the 'sticky keys' feature. I followed the instructions and now the keyboard is working again. What a relief! I'm so glad they included the manual and that it had clear instructions. I dreaded the idea of getting used to a new keyboard, but after 2 years this is still going strong.

I was very hesitant to purchase this because of all the reviews of the keyboard quitting after only a few weeks...but I'm so glad I pulled the trigger. The first few weeks I owned this I would shut off the mouse and keyboard every night to preserve battery life. Soon though I started forgetting to do it before I left the office and I realized that these things have amazing battery capacity. The mouse does go to sleep when not used for a few minutes which is great. It took me a few times to realize that's what was happening when I went to use the mouse and it wasn't moving--all you have to do is click the button and it comes right to life. I love that the keyboard is rechargeable, I wish the mouse was too; however, I have yet to have to replace batteries in it and I think I have charged the keyboard twice since purchasing it 3 months ago. Granted I do not sit at my desk all day every day but my office to field work ratio right now is probably 70:30 so I think that's pretty good. The buttons are much more quiet than my work-issued run of the mill keyboard I had been using for the last 4yrs and the mouse click is even quieter!!! Very attractive, slim set that sits right on top of my desk and since it is cordless, I can move it wherever I like as I'm using it. I noticed a couple reviews saying the keyboard cut out or wouldn't work on some letters and I experienced that at first but it was only because I was adjusting to the low-profile keys and just wasn't pushing them down all the way. I have since accommodated for that and have had zero issues since. To sum it up, I think most of the negative reviews on this are operator error! Thanks for a great, affordable product!Update: It has now been 9 months since I purchased this product and everything still works amazing!! I actually decided to update my review because today is the very first time I have had to change the batteries in the mouse and as I mentioned above, I do not shut it off at the end of the day or anything. Anyway, love this keyboard and mouse set!!

I bought my keyboard and mouse two years ago and still have the keyboard. I'm a frequent/constant typist and the keyboard has held up very well. In fact, I've kept the silicone cover over the keys and have worn a hole in it from the typing. If anyone knows which replacement cover I can get, let me know! I'd love to buy a new one. The mouse is a different story. It died about six months into my ownership. Yes, I changed the battery, and yes, I keep my mousepad clean. I'll harp about the silicone cover once more because I love the keyboard so much, I want the cover to keep it pretty.

I am really blow away by the amazing customer service that I have received from iClever.Shortly before my 18 month warranty expired, my keyboard started having issues. Some of the keys stopped working and the blinking line by where you type text on the computer started running down the screen like the right arrow key was stuck or being held down. I tried another keyboard to make sure it wasn't the computer and didn't have any issues, so I knew it was the keyboard itself. It was also having a connectivity issue where every time I start up the computer or wake it up from sleeping, I have to turn the keyboard off and back on for it to work. Not realizing where I was at with my warranty, I waited a month or so before contacting iClever because I was so busy with work that I didn't have a chance to. I actually wound up contacting them about a month after my warranty had expired. I explained the issues I was having and I heard back within 24 hours. They HONORED the warranty even though it had expired and shipped me a new keyboard. Every response they sent me was prompt and professional. They also reached out to me after it shipped to ensure that it had been delivered and that I had received it.Other companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from iClever. Cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you!
