These magnets work GREAT!
These worked great for my son’s cauliflower ear.We had it drained, the doctor wanted to sew cotton to my sons ear to keep it from filling back up and was extremely condescending when I showed him these and asked if this was a viable solution to keeping pressure on the ear. Jerk of a doctor basically shrugged and said try it out but to call when we had to get it re-drained.We kept gauze on the cut from getting it drained (so it could keep draining) for 2 days. Then used the cushions provided in this set for comfort for I believe 2 weeks just to MAKE SUUUURE it didn’t start to fill again. It fit perfectly in my son’s ear. He didn’t complain about it hurting, he said the pressure from the magnet wasn’t too much when he used the cushions. His ear healed and has not been an issue since. Which was a huge relief after the doctor was such a jerk.

A Must Have for Ears
Got these for my husband. Worked great. He wore them for three days after draining his puffy ear. By day three, once the puffiness had gone down, they were becoming more uncomfortable. He then used the provided foam to help cushion between the magnets. So far so good!

Work Very Well
They apply a good amount of pressure and kept my ear from refilling after being drained. This is huge for me because usually I need them drained more than once and it's a hassle. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it says "Caulibuds will fit comfortably in your ears but most importantly, stay in place during hard workouts and training" Since it's designed for cauliflower ear I assume they mean grappling training. They absolutely will not stay in place during a hard roll. Probably not that safe to wear them on the mats anyway. They were also a little pricey, but I got what I expected and it's already paying off. I've already been recommending them to my training partners.

The pain is real!
Let’s keep it simple. Drain it then place this on. It’s goona hurt but it works. So either get your funky ears or take the pain!

More Harm Then Good
Sorry, but I can’t recommend this product. I got my ear whacked at BJJ one day and noticed some fluid had formed in my ear (a small hematoma). I went to the ENT and had it drained. The ENT was intrigued and willing to try the CaliBuds so he used the smaller magnet and placed it where he felt it needed to be. Long story short, per the instructions in such a situation, I left the CaliBud in place for a little over 48 hours. Unfortunately, not only did it get super uncomfortable, fluids gathered other places. I ended up going back to the ENT to have it drained a second time and fixed the way he normally fixed hematomas like the one I had (gauze post sewed to my ear for a week). The ENT said the CaliBud did more harm then good and I almost had necrosis of the cartridge as a result of the product. While the front of my ear looks mostly normal, I now have a permanent bump in the back of my ear in the exact place I had the CaliBud. I now wish I had just had the ENT address it the way he normally had in the past.

These things are great
A lot of people are complaining about them being too strong- I find them to be just fine. They come with foam pads allowing you to space the magnets a bit and reduce pressure. What I am also doing is putting a small magnet on the back and a large magnet on the front with a foam pad and this is very comfortable. I have had this on my ear for about an hour with no pain or issues whatsoever. We did drain my ear and I don't think this would make draining unnecessary, however it will prevent the ear from re-filling with fluid as it heals.

SenseAid is better option.
product works well, but for the same price if not cheaper, the SenseAid provide the exact same performance, and it comes with 8 magnets instead of 4. Not good value for money. Simple product, that works well but takes a bit of learning curve.
