After buying a second hand pair of A40’s i needed to spend a little extra to renew my headset. There are many aftermarket options that provide you a cable with either a volume control or a faulty mute switch. (based on the reviews read) Purchasing this cable is about 2x as much as the aftermarket version, but the original cable still works just a broken mute button and the cable looks like its been through hell. After using them for a few days I have no complaints, and expect them to work for years to come. Purchased at 35$ canadian. Build quality is just as good as the original cable provided with the headsets.

This item shipped quickly, and worked perfectly. We have some very happy gamers. I would definitely buy this item again.

My son wanted this cable for Christmas for his Astro headset and he says they work perfectly now with this cable. It's the original product, and is good quality.
