Works excellent. Very good quality. Sound is perfect. Works without USB transmitter and range is surprisingly very long. Charging in the transport box Works fine - so really happy with this device.

After long research bought this product. All features of this earphones are good only the issue is less battery life (I get less than 5 hours) and the charging case (which doesn't charge the earphone). You have to push hard the earphone in the case and hold it so that it can charge. If you close the case the charging stops again. Raised this issue with the seller LamiStore and they refunded the charging case amount. 5stars to the seller. I hope new version of Poly comes with huge battery life and good charging case.

I've used this in the past and after changing jobs and returning the headset to IT, I've circled and tried a lot of other conferencing tools (NC headphones, earbuds... etc.. I ended up buying the same exact ones... They're superior in every way, and this seller delivered! They come with a charging case and earbuds (small, medium, large) and NO foam covers. Also comes with a micro USB charging cable.

I am one of those guys who spends more than 5hrs in calls, in the office, home or outside. I have tried more than 15 headsets until now, and this was one of my last resorts based on the reviews on Amazon. + Very good mic quality. People would not hear a thing from outside, even if I am in a mall. My voice is crystal clear. + The charging box is pleasant to use. + I got the UC version, it works seamlessly with the dongle. I loved it, and also the led colours showing the mute function is very useful. --- Guys, this is small!!! I can not use it if I am walking. I am a normal guy, never had such and issue before. I got Chinese knock offs of this headset, most of them comes with adjustable length, this does not. I can not believe only one person mentioned this... All and all, this would be a 5+ star for me if it would fit fine to my quite normal ears. Best if you can try this before purchase.

Prima recensione Provato ma tutti gli interlocutori riferiscono qualità audio pessima, ho ripreso ad utilizzare il vecchio Plantronics Edge che sulla carta dovrebbe essere meno prestante. Il cellulare è samsung 8. Provato a dissociare e riassociare senza migliorie. Immagino che il pezzo che mi è arrivato sia difettoso, non posso immaginare che la qualità sia così scadente. Seconda recensione: ho ordinato un altro pezzo, cambiando il distributore. Non so se questo abbia influito o se quello precedente fosse semplicemente difettoso. In ogni caso ora funziona egregiamente ed è un netto salto rispetto all'Edge che avevo: - il suono viene giudicato perfetto dai miei interlocutori (mentre l'Edge risultava metallico) - la riduzione del rumore è eccezionale: gli interlocutori non sentono rumoroso aspirapolvere. riesco finalmente a parlare al cell sbrigando lavastoviglie ecc senza che mi venga rimproverato di fare rumore con i piatti e stoviglie! L'auricolare è più voluminoso dell'Edge ma non da nessun fastidio a portarlo. Il box di ricarica decisamente più esteso di quello dell'Edge ma alto la metà, direi che è persino più comodo. Molto soddisfatto!

I've had numerous Bluetooth headset in my life, and my last one was a Plantronics as well (Marquee M165 I got as a X-mas gift). The M165 I had received about 2 yrs ago had lots of trouble to work correctly with my iPhone 5 (and later 6), dropping constantly the calls and having problems to pair again. I opened a support ticket with customer service and it took quite a while and hassle before they agreed to exchange the unit. The second one worked better, so I suspect it was related to a firmware issue.. Unfortunately I lost the 2ne unit a while after and I didn't replaced it, as from the wearing confort I felt it was not so good. My all-time best BT headset was a Jabra BT8010, which was a genius engineering piece as you could attach a second hearing piece. However it wasn't perfect as the hook was breaking on a regular basis and I had to buy quite a few replacements. In the end it also had firmware issues that were never really addressed by Jabra and then got discontinued. Recently I started to work more & more with online customers thru Skype and the like tools, so I had to find a good headset, and wearing the cable-bound ones wasn't very practical. My car also had hands-free built-in BT thru MS Sync, so I hadn't a need for another BT set. But with the above mentioned issue, I decided to shop around for another new BT headset. When a friend of mine talked about the Voyager from PLT, I looked up reviews and was quite disappointed by the first edition, as it was not using standard USB charging ports. Then I saw the 5200 UC, which was an improved version of the original one, and let me tell you that it is one of the best piece of technology in this area.. The concept of the carrying box with the built-in battery to recharge the headset is genius.. wish more manufacturers do that. The wearing confort is also excellent, though I'm little worried about the longevity of the flexible hook part, which I feel is not very strong.. but only time will tell if PLT used 1st grade material to build this. The sound quality seems excellent, as one person on the phone recently told me that even with the lot of background noise they had around them, my voice was clear and loud. I haven't tested it yet with a windy outdoor condition, but the multi-microphone concept is supposed to take care of this and the noise cancellation too. The buttons are well positioned and it doesn't take long to get used to it. The first days I wore it, I almost forget about it, as it is not feeling heavy or getting in the way... The behind the ear wear is very confortable and doesn't hurt after several hours, even as I have glasses. I love the auto-answering mode when you put the 5200 UC on it's holding socket in the box and when someone calls, you just pick it up and the call is answered. I also paired thru BT with my laptop, which works well, but on my Desktop PC I don't have Bluetooth, so the USB dongle is exactly what is needed in those cases. All in all this headset is becoming my next all-time runner up headset. Will post an update in a few months after I got a little more practical daily use.

Wish I had bought this years ago. I forget it’s on my ear and wear it all day. Ideal for Skype and Zoom meetings on my laptop. Mobile phone via Bluetooth is ok. Range nowhere near 10 meters when there are walls in the way.

Llevo el auricular unas 8 horas al día y hasta la fecha es el más cómodo que he probado. La calidad del audio es impecable, da igual que haya ruido, viento o lo que sea, te oyen de lujo. Es caro, si, pero lo vale. El modelo UC es un extra, la caja te permite guardar y cargar a la vez el dispositivo, la batería de la caja dura dos cargas completas. Por buscarle una pega, la tapa del puerto micro USB parece endeble, pero si lo cargas con la caja o con el adaptador que venden a parte no debería suponer un problema.
