It’s easy to use and clean. The only downside is the cost of the filters—it comes with three disposable paper filters and two reusable round filters. Honestly, it has made making cold brew much easier. One thing worth mentioning is that you may still need to run the brew through a V60 filter, as some fine coffee grounds can still get through.

It is exactly doing, what it supposed to do. Honestly - the only thing, which I don’t understand - is the stopper at the bottom of the brewer. Sure, as v1 it would be a very simple solution. However Toddy was sold probably thousand and thousand of times - so I would expect that v2 has a different system (e.g. similar to the fat separator with bottom valve). It is subjectively also not the best material there is (also: for the price), the handle could be made better ans so on. But it clearly works and it it not super expensive. So it is good enough. By the way - don’t buy the cold brew filter bags. Normal commercial coffee filters are working as good and are probably much cheaper.
