Amazing product best quality recommend.

Despite noticing some low ratings, I decided to purchase the Braun food processor. Unfortunately, after using it daily for a month, it suddenly started emitting smoke when I turned it on one day. The experience was truly horrific. It’s not working now.Fortunately, the product is still under warranty. Could you please advise if I'm eligible to return the product and what the next steps would be?

Quality is good but reason for giving 3 star is description is wrong...processing bowl capacity is 1.2 ml not 2.1

What a perfect machine with all necessary tools for multitasking uses and it runs well. Slicing super fast and finely chopping works better than any other machines I have used. or chopped size can accommodate according to speed. I can even slice salami (dried meet sausage) (to be safe for the machine I remove the sausage skin)Hope the motor last long enough so I don’t have to throw away after several months of using like other brands.I will adjust the reviews if it lasts long enoughThe strainer of the juicer should have finer or smaller holes to ensure a more "refined" juice, free from excessive pulp. I recommend optimizing the strainer with finer holes to enhance the purity of the juice, preventing excessive pulp from entering the extracted liquid.

I bought this BRUN food processor as a gift for my mother and sent it to another country. Unfortunately, the device doesn’t turn on and doesn’t work at all. I had to bring it back to Dubai, but I have no idea how to exchange it, and no one has responded to my messages. The product comes with a 1-year warranty, but I haven’t been able to use it or get any support. I’m very disappointed with the service.

The only downside for me is that it has so many blades that it's difficult to keep them, it should come with an organizer or something like that, but it is great for all what's meant for
