Soft roti’s; value for money.
No problem to recommend it..you get soft roti’s and reasonably priced too.

Only good if used as freshly kneaded dough
I can see why most people have bad experience with this flour. It is not an easy flour to work with. The only way to make soft flat bread/chapati/roti out of this flour, is to keep hydration at 75% or above & knead the dough for good 15 minutes. Let it rest for maximum 1 hour & prepare the bread. Do not rest your dough for longer interval or the dough will become springy & firm. It will be difficult to stretch & work with. I know, in theory resting your dough will relax the gluten & makes it more pliable & easy to stretch, but surprisingly, not with this flour. Bottom line is, prepare fresh dough for immediate consumption & you will be happy with the result, that is, softer flat bread.
