Needed a 240V adaptor for faster charging!
Great alternative for a tesla 240v plug, charges at 30A and no issues so far. We charge every other day, since our work travel only drains 20%. So far no overheating issues, no errors and fits snug to the mobile charger. Would recommend to save a couple of dollars through Tesla and you get it in 2 days through prime :)

I like this adopter because you can use it to plug in the wall. Tesla owner needs this since it’s not included when you purchase the vehicle. Remember this is not an extension plug so it is short. The only negative on this is the price ($225.00 including tax), it’s so expensive compared to purchasing it at Tesla, unfortunately it’s out of stock.Overall the price will even out, since I will be using this adopter to plug in at our office for free!!!!If you have the extra money, buy it. If your tight with your budget, wait until Tesla restock this product, when that is the question to be answered.

Works as it's supposed to
This adapter connects to the supplied cable that comes with your Tesla. It cost extra money but works as it's supposed to. My only complaint is it's just a wire with a couple of connectors and I fail to see why it costs around $90. My bet is they crank these out for 5-10 bucks a piece. Even if they charged 40-50 dollars they're making a profit but at $90 it's obscene ..

Select both ends of adapter carefully.
Adapter necessary to use 220v home outlet to charge Tesla. Adapter should be provided with the new car. Adapter out of stock for months, then priced higher than similar type products.
