excellent product
I heard that supplementing with vitamin K2 in the form of MK4 is very effective for bones and vascular endothelial plaque, so I bought this product with a high concentration. I hope it works. I'll leave a follow-up review later.

Great to take with calcium
I've been using this product for 3 months now and have found that it has helped my calcium absorption a little. It's a thin capsule that is easy to swallow and only requires 1 pill per day. An easy addition to your vitamin regimen. I consulted with my doctor before I started taking it, and I recommend you do the same to make sure it does not conflict with any medications you are taking.

very small capsule
I have been using these for a while now. They are small so it makes it easier to swallow. I have had no side effects from taking them. They are a great price. I'm now sure if they're doing the trick or not but I will continue to take them. They have a high potency. They always get delivered promptly.
