Amazing headset, but I had to return it because it doesn't support Bluetooth

While the audio is fine and the headset itself isn't bad, the ON/OFF switch is absurdly flimsy and broke after a single month of barely any use. When switching the headset on, you need to fiddle with the switch for a while until the audio comes out correctly otherwise the audio is distorted or outright gone. From time to time the switch will move to a wrong position and the audio will be garbled again.

Its a good headset overall I use it for gaming, watching movies, and music and I am satisfied with my purchase, would recommend it. pros: - far wireless reach, about 15 meter. - 3 programable buttons on the side of the headset (in the G hub app). - good audio quality. - exchangeable battery. cons: - not so long battery life only a day and a half of normal use. - it charges with micro USB cable I would prefer it was USB type-c. - useless RGB light on the back that make the battery life shorter (can be turned off in the G hub app)

didn't even come with the usb flash its supposed to have, don't buy from hyatt as the seller if you don't wanna risk that. good headphones though

The product was good i used it for a while but it gets very uncomfortable very heavy and the foam is very hard, sound is meh but its all around just bad. Waiting on the refund still did not receive it. Tbh its lucky its getting 2 stars

it had true 7.1 surround sound and a decent mic, It has some weight but you get used to it. the buttons can sometimes be useful but most of the times left untouched. If u have big ears then it might hurt a bit while wearing but to know if your ears are big or not is when you use it. so Try it from a friend or somewhere then judge if its a good fit. The battery lasts some sessions without charge and charges fast. had it for a week and nothing bad so far.

The left earphone pad skin is deformed and there is shedding on the right earphone pad , as if it was used,

My right ear stopped working less than 2 month and I see another of customers having this problem I hope you do something about it or tell me what should I do

Ürünü alalı tam 1 ay oldu, ilk başlarda bir tık zorlandım ilk kablosuz deneyimim ve yorumların bir kısmı yok şarjı düzgün değil yok bir ayda kulak pedi soyuldu gibi sorunları okuyunca bir tık endişelenmedim değil fakat amazonun 1 aylık değişim garantisi ile alır en kötü geri yollarım diye düşündüm fakat bana denk gelende herhalde sıfır problem yaşadım G Hub ile 7+1 in hepsini tek tek ayarlıyabiliyorsun olmadı ne tarz oyun oynuyorsan ona göre hazır ses ayarı da getirebiliyorsun, aşınma vs gibi bir şey yok şarjı da saat saymadım fakat oldukça uzun gidiyor, kargo her şey güzel ama en güzeli amazon garantisi +++ Evet her güzel şeyin sonu sanırım, 3. ay da güç düğmesinde ki temassızlık yüzünden sesi stabil alamaz oldum, sesi sabitleye bilmem için güç düğmesini ileri geri oynatıp doğru açıyı yakalamam gerekiyor, yetkili servisle görüştüğümde kutu da kendi amblemleri yada kendilerine ait garanti belgesi olmadığı için teknik servisi ücret mükabili yapabileceklerini dile getirdiler. Amazon 2 yıl kendi garantisinin ne işe yaradığını test etme fırsatını bizzat deneyimlemiş oldum, iade işlemi başlattık amazonun desteği gerçekten çok iyi fakat teknik servisi kesinlikle rezalet. 2 kuruş fazla olsun amazondan olsun dedim iyi ki de öyle yapmışım.
