This is a mighty mixer. Have used it for mashed potatoes, batters of all kinds, cookie doughs, whipping, beating. Powerful motor and love it has adjustable 7 speeds. Beater bars are easy to clean and work better than the traditional blade type. Accessories attach easily and quickly. This is very handy to use for smaller jobs without pulling out a stand mixer. This will do it all, but use your stand mixer for handling thick and heavy doughs. This is for your smaller jobs that you need to use quickly and easily.
