Is this mattress uncomfortable during "romantic activities"?

Ithis mattress, is more for at home type use. O wouldnt take it fishing, no.

I'm a 6'1 225lb. Is it worth the purchase? I like a firmer bed. Also my body runs a little hot but like to sleep cool.

I weigh 265 and am happy with this mattress. We bought a 10 inch thick California king almost three years ago. My partner is a skinny 130 pounds at 6’2. He likes it because it’s good for his sciatica. It is holding up well and shows no signs of wear and tear yet. It does not sleep hot. It is not too firm. I’d say firm enough for the majority of adults over thirty. Let’s face it...you can fall asleep on a picnic bench when your twenty two. I can’t get out of a pillow top marshmallow bed anymore either. Too many achy joints.

does this mattress use fiberglass as a fire protective barrier? If not, what does it use?

Does this mattress need a box spring? I have an IKEA bed that has wood slats

your slats will be fine. i have my mattress on a trundle, which is very similar. i also have another foam mattress on Ikea slats, so you're good. (y)
