Fitness LAT Pulley Cable Machine Attachment System with Loading Pin for Pull Down, DIY Home Garage Gym Equipments, Crossover Biceps Triceps Blaster Hand Strength Training Pulldown Attachment

at the beginning of covid lockdowns, I purchased the lat pulldown cable/pulley set sold here on amazon. It is a good product, but the attachment point (a 20" strap) provided for use with olympic plates causes them to swing when in use. I purchased this product just to see if I could stop the swinging...and, it does! My weights now lay flat, instead of hanging vertically. Can't say how much this has changed how I use the pulley system. Totally recommend this product. BTW - it fits 1' & 2" plates.

Welds on the bottom look good. I would recommend adding a bumper to bottom to keep the noise down, but it’s sturdy. Using this while working out at home. For the low cost, it’s still cheaper than going to a gym on a monthly basis. This provides the ability to perform a variety of cable based exercises, and allows for significant weight loading.

I’m surprised at how solid this thing is given the price. I’ve only put 50 lbs of plates on it, but it looks like it could handle significantly more.

Have only tested 2-25lb plates on it but I’m certain it can hold more than that no issue. The welds seem very strong on it - for the price, it’s great quality. Glad I bought it!

Very well made and perfect size to fit my smaller weights. I was able to load 10 plates onto it.

I use a 50 lb. weight stack and it works great! That is all the more it will stack though, so if you need to increase the amount you may need to use heavy circular weights.
