For a refurbished item it works great. It looked brand new when I received it. I just needed something to supplement my own major cleaning and this fits the bill. You can definitely hear it as it is working which is great as I can find it when I need to. The app works great for commanding the unit. The map it creates while it cleans is not the most accurate but doesn't really matter to me. Cleaning out the unit is straight forward and really super easy. I empty it every 2-4 uses.

We like this vacuum well enough to have bought a second one of these for our other house. These are great for tiding up between uses of the big vacuum. It does a good job on cat hair. It runs mostly on its own, although some of our furniture is the wrong height, and it gets stuck underneath and needs rescued. The battery runs it for a good length of time. We did replace the battery on our older one, easy and inexpensive to do after two years. The dirt compartment holds a fair amount of debris, the revolving brush picks up cat hair well. Cleaning after each time is important, and is fairly easy to do. I though these were a gimmick after having an original rumba decades ago, and being disappointed. My wife wanted one for Christmas, so I bought it. Fortunately this Eufy is a worthwhile cleaning aid.

I bought a refurbished model, and some of my experience may be because of that.This vacuum is *excellent* at picking up hair. It does not pick up much else, though.We have two rabbits, and they shed a ridiculous amount, and the vac did a great job removing. The rabbits also leave bits of hay, paper bedding, and dry pellets on the floor, which the vacuum did not pick up. Just crushed and left behind.I probably wouldn’t buy this one again, but we will keep using it and see if it gets any better. It’s nice to have the hair under control, at least.

Overall this is a great unit for the price. It appeared to be brand new and I couldn’t see any signs of prior use. I have a 3 bedroom 1,200 sqft condo with hard floors and it does great. Doesn’t seem to have issues with rugs or surface changesPros: quite, easy to set up, doesn’t get stuck, affordable. Great for dust and pet hairCons: carpet and rugs it doesn’t work as well. Dust bin is kinda small.

This little wonder is so much help to me!! It makes a grid pattern as it goes through the house. Powers over the kitchen mats and the cord cover in the living room so much better than the last one I had. (Not a eufy) picks up so much dog hair and dust it’s unbelievable. So glad I made the decision to switch. I would definitely recommend.It was running around the house the other day. I usually close all the doors to the bedrooms but I was in my room when it wondered in. Got my carpeted floor so clean. Even under the bed. Definitely a good choice.

It has no remote control, so you have to use your iphone as the remote. The iphone remote only has three directions, no reverse, unlike the old remote. So when this piece of junk gets stuck, you cannot back it out, you have to try turning it, which usually makes it worse. The end is you have to go pull it out yourself.The AI learns nothing. It keeps going under the same furniture where it got stuck before. It will take ten minutes navigating between chair legs under the table, and once it gets out, it makes a turn back into the same area. The 11S I had before was an older model, but a lot smarter and better.There is only one edge spinner now, instead of two. So if your robovac goes by walls on the wrong side, it is not cleaning up anything. I have it on automatically returning to base when the battery is low, but it always just dies under something, and I have to go pull it out.What a piece of junk. After about 6 weeks, the vacuum would not respond to the remote control manual settings. Fortunately, I was able to return it. Thank you Amazon.

Bought 2 refurbished G30 vacuums in September and worked great for a few months. I run them daily, one at night in the basement and one during the day on second floor. (Bought a brand new one originally and did this for 3 years.) They both died and I replaced them with these upgraded refurbished ones.Vacuum 1: Does a nice job cleaning but does not return to the home charging station. When the vacuum starts it leaves the charging station so hard that it knocks the station to the side which does not allow the vacuum to return. I have tried tapping it down, tapping it to the wall, attaching the cord to the floor board to keep it in place, etc. but almost every morning I wake up to an alert that the vacuum can not charge and have to go find it.Vacuum 2: Does a nice job cleaning however for the last several months it only runs for about 20 minutes or so before I get an alert the the roller bush is stuck. I have cleaned it numerous times, replaced the filter, roller brush, cleaning brush, vacuum tray, and wiped it completely down but the problem still exists.The vacuums are great when they are working but having to find them almost every day is annoying and defeats the purpose of having them. I would not recommend buying the refurbished ones, it's cheaper upfront but should last longer then 8 months.
