Like others who stumble across these thing randomly, I have serious doubts about things labeled "pro-biotics". I mean, how do you know what they are? What does that even mean? Are they like all the other bottles of things on shelves that claim to be the best source of XX and will help with XX and nothing but good for you? Is it a scam? Have there been any scientific studies with this product vs, I don't know, Crest toothpaste? I have no idea, but I doubt it. So why am I writing this? Because, for me, this stuff worked a miracle. I have no scientific data and can only offer my personal experience. I have always (like, for my entire adult life) been fighting infection on both sides at the back of my mouth. I had my wisdom teeth out a few years ago because it was just too hard to brush back there and the dentist figured that would help. It did a bit, but even after that it was still a daily occurence to see blood when I rinsed my mouth after brushing (and I use antiseptic mouthwash daily, too). I always have deep pockets in the back when the dentist does the 'depth probe' thing they do. Anyway, I bought a bottle of these a month ago on a whim. For the first week, I'd let the tablet it sit in my mouth as long as I could or grind it up and let it sit without swallowing. Didn't notice any changes. Then, one night I found the secret that works for me. After brushing, I take a tablet and break it in half with my teeth. Then tuck one half of it between the cheek and gums on the left side and one half on the right side - and then just go to sleep. Feels weird for a minute, but thats all. After a week of doing that - no more blood, no more pain when I brush! I changed nothing else, so I'm giving all the credit to the PRO-Dental stuff. I haven't been to the dentist since I started taking them, but I'm expecting to see an improvement in the pocket depths. I'm very impressed with this stuff so far. I'm on Amazon this morning to order more, and will update the review if things stop working. That said, I'm on Amazon right now to buy more of this stuff and figured I'd leave a review.

I am a firm believer in probiotics and in the general theory of their function in health and digestive balance. So it made sense that when I wanted to tackle some mouth and tonsil issues head on with everything available on the market, I decided to give this a try. In just over a week, I have noticed dramatic positive outcomes including less mouth dryness, tighter pink gums, an overall clean feeling that lasts well into the afternoon, less sinus and nasal drip, and no more tonsil stones. However, I should note that these probiotics were used in combination with a few other aggressive techniques so it is impossible to say whether the PRO-Dental is the main contributor or just working in tandem (or not working at all!). In any case, here is my new regimen that has worked wonders: 1. Started oil-pulling with Coconut oil in the AM for 20 minutes, followed by salt water rinse and gargle. 2. Wipe down tonsils with sterile Q-tip (which you can also purchase on Amazon for a reasonable price). VERY IMPORTANT that you only use sterile q-tips that are individually packed, otherwise you will introduce bacteria to your tonsils. 3. Reduced use of Listerine to only once per every 3 days to avoid over-killing good bacteria. Focus mainly on gargling as opposed to swishing since the oil pulling does a great job of taking care of the bacteria in the mouth (as opposed to the tonsils). 4. 1 week intense treatment with PRO-Dental (2 tablets every morning and night after all brushing/rinsing/pulling is done), followed by a taper to 1 tablet in the morning and night thereafter. The combination of the above techniques along with the standard brushing 2-3 times per day, flossing in morning and night has worked very well. Now for the downside: The price. At $25 a bottle and with no clinical data to prove its efficacy, buyer beware. If you are not cash strapped and are desperate to tackle mouth issues (i.e. tonsil stones), it's worth trying. Try it without the oil pulling and then with to determine the Pro-dental's effectiveness. Highly recommended for acute self-treatment, but I cannot see financially supporting continued use of this product in the long term.

—-UPDATE—— After a week using the products if seems not to be working anymore.. may be its just a temporary relief.. Ok! I was thinking about posting a review. Because this is embarrassing.. but i noticed i was having a bad breath lately. And I was not sure why.. because i really have a dedicated dental hygiene.. i brush, floss, mouthwash.. etc and nothing was working.. i started taking twice a day. After a week I reduced to once a day because well.. they are a little pricey.. but it completely WORKED! Specially in the morning I can tell the difference.. i think the bad breath is gone! I can talk to people confidently.. before i was a little ashamed and did not want to talk in front or that close to people.. but i think now is over😅 i must say.. that i read a review where someone recommended buying a waterpik.. I did.. and i started using it simultaneously.. but still.. the pills work! I will definitely repurchase..👌🏻

First I had a slight issue with hyperbiotics and their PRO-15... it was prime, but when I ordered it, it turned into standard... I tried to cancel, and they did, but sent me the product anyways next day air. Tried it... liked it! So I tried the immune boosting formula from them, it's very good... has chelated zinc etc. Now this, I just started yesterday, but this morning I swear I woke up with fresher breath! My breath is not usually that bad anyways, but every since getting slight hairy tongue from a ton of stress a few months ago, my morning mouth felt kind of icky... the "hairy tongue" gave way for candida etc to flourish more, not outright thrush or anything though. Besides daily maintenance, I feel this product has already helped get me back to normal and we'll see how it does in the coming month, might update. Oh, by the way, this is how I take it: I split the pill into two, and then stuff each half into the tops of my cheeks and allow them to dissolve, takes about 20 minutes depending on what I'm doing or if I'm talking. I'm not sure if that increases the effectiveness, but it works for me! :)

These things do not work. Or, they won't work without being extremely expensive. You can see in the label in the picture i posted that it recommends 1 pill twice a day for normal support, and for "intense support" (whatever that means) 2 or 3 pills twice a day. That's 4 to 6 pills a day. And let's be honest, you probably aren't buying these unless you need "intense support." 5 pills per day, 45 pills in a bottle, that's a week's worth for over $20. I got sick and started getting some tonsil stones, which i never had before. So i started taking these because they claim to get rid of them. They literally made no difference, and that's with me taking them 2 times a day, everyday, after brushing and mouthwash. I stopped taking them after i used up the bottle, and I still get stones just as often as I did while taking them, ans there's been no change in my breath. People tell me my breath doesn't smell like anything, but now that I wear a mask all the time, i can smell it. So I probably wouldn't be intense support, and yet these still didn't work. These pills are chewable, apparently a lot of people are swallowing them, and that might be one reason they haven't worked for some. I've always chewed mine and they didn't work for me. They taste like grass and after 10 mins I can't even tell if I've taken it or not. Waste of time, waste of money. The people who run the ads on this product should be sued. I purchased this probiotic after learning that our daughter might have a specific, genetic immunoglobulin deficiency that runs on her father's side of the family. This certain type of IG deficiency actually makes the mucous membranes (mouth, sinuses, gut tract, etc) less effective at fighting off bacteria and viruses. After doing much research I discovered that it's the S. salivarius K12 probiotic that helps the mucous membranes to defend agains bad bacteria. Hyperbiotics is the ONLY company I found that provides a probiotic aimed specifically for oral health (which has a big impact on gut health, which we all know has a HUGE impact on our overall health!). I give one of these oral probiotics to my daughter each morning after she's eaten breakfast and brushed her teeth. She sucks on it for a while (per the directions on the bottle) and then chews it when it's about half way dissolved (she's four; that's about the best I can do! HA!). When she gets stuffy or at the first signs of a cough I increase these to twice a day. We did, in fact, have our daughter tested for the immunoglobulin deficiency that runs in our family. Thankfully she does NOT have it. But that doesn't mean I'll stop giving these to her any time soon. She's four... She gets sick. It just HAPPENS. But between these and the amazing HYperbiotic Kids Probiotic Pearls I feel so much more confident when she does get ill. It's much more relieving as a mother to know that I am able to easily support her healthy immune system on a daily basis and then give her system that extra BOOST when she's ill.
