Bigger than expected

Its adorable and soft. I love it except that it is a bit big. I am 4'11" and I have a short waist and I am about 115lbs. I should have gotten a small and not medium. I would have returned it but I wore it to a festival. It also had a few minor holes that were due to the factory missing the stitch. Not that much of an issue for me since I sew.
