Good quality exerciser. Great for Building Hand/Wrist Strength.
This comes recommended by my OT for building hand/wrist strength post surgery. It is easy to grasp firmly to execute strength-building exercises. Good value, too.

Just what you use in PT
This is just what the PT people use in the hospital, clinics, etc. It is great for strengthen and working your tennis elbow issues. The price was good, stiffness is great for just starting out (this yellow one is great beginner one as it doesn't take a lot of pressure to twist it) with a terrible sore elbow and then you can work up.

Great for forearms
Started with green, have moved on to blue. I do four exercises- twisted 180 degree clockwise and CCW, bending up into a U, and down into an arc, holding all four in position 30 seconds. Short, easy, do it any time. Surface has striations for good grip. Have increased forearm muscles and mad a significant different in my grip and arm strength. Actually the four exercises will stress arms and shoulders building them to. A really satisfying exercise….

Big improvement in tennis elbow after about 6 weeks
After 6 weeks of physical therapy appointments and dutifully doing the home exercise routine and stretches for tennis elbow with no improvement, I found a New York Times article that reported very impressive results from a study of people with tennis elbow using this device to do an exercise called a "Tyler twist," and decided to try it. I chose the red one and it seems to have been the right option for me, a moderately active young woman. The manual that comes with it pretty clearly explains how to do the exercise the Times article mentions. I've been doing 3 sets of 15 daily for the last two months or so, and while my tennis elbow is not cured, my pain has decreased dramatically. Now I can't definitively attribute the improvement to this exercise, maybe it was just a coincidence. The orthopedist told me there's basically nothing you can do about tennis elbow but wait, so either he's wrong and this thing is miraculous, or it was just my elbow's time to feel better. At $15 I'm not losing sleep over the uncertainty. Update: a few months later, I am totally cured. Hurray!

So I have had tennis elbow for a year. Basically rested it for a year. Became active again after the pain died away and it flared back up again. All that 'self-limiting' condition rubbish turns out to be wrong, at least in my case. So, rather than rest it, waiting for the tendon to heal, what I needed to do was to strengthen my forearm muscles that I somehow damaged doing gardening and playing my fiddle too much.... So this is a great tool back to stronger forearms. But not alone and definitely not too soon. For me I have used gentle NHS exercises (freely available) for about two weeks. I have got myself a compression sleeve too and a warm pad. I also have one of the pressure straps too which pushes directly down on the muscle a little below the knobbly bit in the elbow where the pain is. My pre-work routine now is do my NHS exercises, use this bar doing the twist and release exercise until my forearms tire (but don't hurt) then put nurofen gel on my elbow and massage it in. Then I put the compression sleeve on for my working day. I have been doing Aikido with the pressure strap on and this feels good. I am gently returning to the fiddle for about 5 mins a day, again with the pressure strap. So far so good. No relapse. The elbow does seem to pain me occasionally but it is short-lived. I generally apply nurofen gel, massage it in, put the sleeve on and rest a day or so. My arms are feeling stronger and with that the pain seems to be receding. This is my experience but if you are plagued like me with this absolute 'pain in the proverbials' of an injury it's worth a go. So, in a nutshell...this is good but don't use it too much, too soon. In combination with other things though, it works a treat
