Great gift idea for the curious and science minded child.

This science kit is great for helping to entertain all kids, especially those who love science.

One of the reasons I ordered this set was that it showed the large pH scale. However, that particular item is not included in the kit. There is a smaller one in the booklet, but it is not large enough for a class/group of kiddos to see it. It’s a minor thing, but an annoyance as I was looking for an all-inclusive kit to include that larger scale.

I bought this for my grandson’s ninth birthday, and the look of excitement and pleasure on his face when he opened the package was priceless. The kit contains test tubes with stoppers, a few reagents, a pipette, beaker, and safety googles. Best of all, the instruction booklet is well written so that a third grader needed no help figuring out what to do. Of all his birthday gifts, this was the one he opened up and started playing with immediately.

Wonderful and age appropriate

This thing is a mess, cheap and has too many little cheap plastic parts. Fun for kids once then discarded waste of plastic and stains. Don’t buy unless you like cleaning. Too hard when you have more than one child to watch.

You can create your own experiment with this kit and you can do experiments with all that is in the kit. I rely like the kit.

Really exceptional kit. Explains every step and progression. Equipment provided is good quality. My Granddaughter, age 6, loved the goggles and gloves. She enjoyed the experiments, although she was a little young to understand everything. This set makes a child feel like a real scientist and the extras required are few and easy to acquire. There is need for adult help but you learn together. Don’t try to do everything in a rush. To complete properly it can take a few weeks. We wrote up the results of the experiments in the book outlining them. Don’t buy it expecting it to be toy. It is educational and requires effort from child and carer but well worth the effort.

This kit is super cool. Has lots of little gadget inside and ingredients to make science experiments and book with simple instructions. Perfect for a gift.
