Really pleased with this. It's well made with a whole load of features. The sound quality is really good, in fact it even picks up the sound of rain hitting the upstairs windows. The mic is very sensitive. I also like the fact the receiver doesn't make a constant hissing noise, as many baby monitors do. I'd say it's excellent value for money. Both the receiver and the microphone unit need to be plugged into the mains. For heaven's sake don't get hung up on the battery.... It's very small and the instructions do say it's only for very short term use. Maybe for example, popping through to the kitchen to make a coffee or something. If you need a battery powered monitor you probaly need to look elsewhere. I bought this monitor with my own money, it's my own review and I was not incentivised in any way.

It's very good quality product at an affordable price. I had to return my first package because I found the original unit was unable to fully charge in 12 hours. I received the second unit and found the same problem however after 24hrs of charging the unit finally showed fully charge bar. After using the unit for a day, I can also confirm that the battery looses the charge within 12 hours period.

We bought this to keep an ear on our new dog, who was sleeping downstairs quite a way from the bedroom. Wanted something simple and easy to use. It works well through the thicker walls of our old house without losing signal. Sensitive and good at picking up all sounds - can hear the clock ticking in the room! Pros: Good range, small and discrete, easy to use, good sound quality, quick to set up, intuitive controls Cons: Battery life is not great, we have kept them plugged in all the time when in use Ideal if you are looking for something simple, reasonably priced and quick to set up.

I love this monitor. It offers great value for money. It works well, Is loud enough to hear, the talk function is really useful and my daughter loves the nightlight. Highly recommended.

Reliable device Only drawback is that the handheld device has w small battery so you'll end up having to keep it on charger most of the time

The monitor box I received was not sealed and the items inside had definitely been used before. Looked like someone had sent this back by the way they repacked it. A bit of a disgrace to be honest that the Monitor was sent out in this state. I tried it in hope anyway. It took 7 hrs to recharge a depleted battery. Everything worked but after 5 mins of use the battery drained down to 1 bar. Took another 3 hrs to charge back up to full then same happened again. Obviously a battery issue so sent it back. (Hopefully not to be passed onto someone else). In the 5 mins of use the only thing to mention is that the handheld receiver max volume was not very loud. So if you receive an unsealed box don't bother trying it out, send it straight back!

this is a brilliant product, very sensitive, superb for what we need and with a long range, with extra features not just for sound but a buzzer also to alert. need this for someone with epilepsy, it would also make an excellent child monitor. very swiftly delivered.

Clear sound and very good signal and love the nightlight on it, however battery life is very poor, and after 18months it will just turn itself off for no reason! Also Would be handy if you could turn the ‘beeps’ down on the parent unit when using the buttons! ** EDIT** After 20months the battery life on the monitor is useless, can be in charge all day and then will turn itself off after 30mins, no battery low warning or signals Just turns off - such a shame as it’s a good monitor this is the only issue!

PROS: Easy to setup Feels high qaulity The microphone/speakers very clear with auto mute feature if the noise is low Push to talk feature for the parent device There is also built in room tempreture sensor Glon-on ceiling light is a nice add-on Cons: Non so Far, we love it.

Purchased from Amazon.com.be but it arrived with a UK plug and needs an adapter to function here. Sending it back.
