I have tried many different brands of chili mix, but Caroll Shelby's is the best by far. The spices are perfect, and I love the fact that they keep the "hot" spices separate so you can make your chili at whatever level you like best. The instructions also offer helpful ideas for things you can add to your chili, which is great for new cooks or cooks new to making chili. You can't go wrong with this kit!

Easy chili!
This is a great chili mix. It’s a hit every time. I don’t use the ‘heat’ because I don’t like it too spicy, which is why I love that they pack it separately from the spices/seasoning. Delicious!!

Not the same as the original
What I received is not the same as the photo on my order. What I was sent says “Fancy new label. Same great taste”. This tastes like a watered down version of the original. Terrible. Very bland.

Real eazy too make was really surprise how good it came out with a from scratch chili taste
