Exactly What I Needed
This has got to be one of the best investments I have ever made. I usually keep it on my bedside table, where it's perfect for what I need: Using the USB port I can play sermons or music downloaded from my PC. Using the CD function, I can not only listen to regular CDs, but those I burned on my computer, as well as CD-MP3 audiobooks where I can hear 5-15 hour books without having to change the disc. Add to all that, I can slide it in my backpack or satchel and carry it with me wherever I go.Someone might find it bothersome because it can only be powered via USB: for me it's a plus, not having to keep up with an extra cord. I carry an AC USB charger with me anytime I'm on the road. Whether in a motel room or the guest room at someone else's home, I can carry a few thumb drives and have music to fit every circumstance: whether it's relaxing instrumentals, great hymns of the faith, or even downloaded sermons, it's all covered. The only small complaints I have are that 1) it can't be turned on/off with the remote; the USB cord needs to be pulled lightly where it goes into the player. The remote is great for volume, changing functions, moving forward or backward on your disc or thumb drive and it's just a little tricky loading or unloading a CD; neither of those things is a problem for me.The only thing I can't address is the radio. I never listen to the radio unless it's in my car, so I never need it as a radio. For what I need though, it's absolutely perfect: I highly recommend it.

Decsnt sound and nice compact style
The media could not be loaded. Easy to play a CD and a lot of other functions. Sound quality was good for size and the volume output was excellent. Not sure I like pulling the cord to turn it on but it works.I had no idea what Boottime is until I checked the manual. Boottime is for the alarm. It does not lay flat but the stand is easy to connect and remove.Comes with power plug and audio cable.Sound quality is not for audiophiles but comparable to any budget boombox. I was able to connect an external speaker for improved audio. To forward or rewind during CD track, hold down double arrow buttons.

Cool look, does what it needs to do
This little CD player works well, though the speaker is not very powerful or high quality. I knew that going in, though, based on other reviews. It works for my purposes, playing CDs or music/radio via bluetooth in my dining and kitchen area. The clear cover is kinda neat, making any decorated CD into art as it spins, though the hinged lid isn't the easiest to get a CD in and out from.I haven't tried to hang it on a wall, but the design seems like it would be easy enough to do, and it's fairly sturdy.Overall, I am glad I didn't spend more on this, but it serves its purpose.

Much better CD player than I thought
Daughter's old CD player takes up almost all the bathroom counter. This small flat one is awesome! Right now it's on the counter (not taking up hardly any space) and she loves the idea of putting it on the wall. The sound quality is good, but two minuses, the CD door is awkward to open and the player does not attach to the stand very well, so we're a little worried it may fall off. Hopefully it will attach to the wall plate firmly.

Wonderful
It was a Christmas gift for me son. He told me he loves it. He listens to a lot of cd’s so he is very happy that he has this.

I bought this in part because it was physically small
It does take up a small footprint.I should have bought for sound quality. It sounds tinny to my ear. Instead of listening with pleasure, the sounds of my beloved CD collection are irritating. Songs I've bought in vinyl, tape and CD over the years as my equipment changed...suddenly get on my nerves. Granted, the media changes enjoyment.I have very little space but this was a foolish purchase on my part. I love my music. It truly soothes the savage breast. This is NOT the answer to my problem by any means.Incidental to everything - the on/off switch is achieved by pulling the cord and I've knocked it over every time I've turned it on or off. Bad purchase on my part.

It’s an OK player
The sound quality is not as great as I thought, there’s some staticky noise and not clear. It just loud but it’s not clear. The remote is hard to use, there’s no pause or stop playing button. You’ll have to press turn off button. But if you have it on the wall, you can pull the string and it will stop. It’s very difficult to take the CD out because the lid doesn’t open wide enough. Most of the time I take my CD out it would sprung out and flipped which it became very annoying to change the CD b/c I don’t want my CD to scratch. Also, I did the alarm feature but it didn’t work. Good thing I had my phone alarm or I would be late for work.Overall, it’s an ok player if you don’t mind the sound, difficult to turn off / pause your song on remote, unreliable alarm feature, and having to be careful every time you take your CD out. BUT then again, it was too pricey for this player to have all these problems and all it does is play CD…
